Our all-in-one platform handles resume creation, job searches, applications, contract negotiations, communication, work reporting, compensation, and deal evaluations.
Automated Translation Chat System
Our proprietary AI translation system translates chat conversations automatically, facilitating easy contact between IT engineers and Japanese companies.
Engineers can communicate in English from their current location, while their Japanese counterparts can interact in Japanese.
All Jobs Are Hourly
All jobs are hourly-paid, giving you flexibility in picking your hours. On a weekly basis, Monday through Sunday, you can work any number of hours for any length of time.
For example, if the contract hourly rate is $40 per hour for 40 hours of work per week over a 12-week contract term, the total compensation would be $19,200 or $1,600 per week. From this total, a 5% platform usage fee will be deducted.
Paid Weekly
Every week during the contract, the IT engineer submits a work report to the Japanese company. After the Japanese company approves the report, they transfer the weekly remuneration to the engineer’s registered bank account, deducting a 5% platform usage fee.
Job Matching Transaction Process

6Escrow The company makes an escrow payment.
Contract Established The engineer begins work.
7Report The engineer reports the time and content of their work on each task to the company. They also submit weekly work reports.
8Approve and Pay After the company approves the report, the platform transfers the remuneration from escrow to the engineer’s bank account. Before remitting the payment, the platform deducts the usage fee (5%) from the remuneration.
Ongoing Process Until the contract period ends, the engineer submits weekly reports, the company approves them, and the payments are made repeatedly.
9Contract Expiration After the work is completed, the company and the engineer conduct a mutual evaluation, and the contract expires. |
