Referral Program Closure Notice

We sincerely appreciate your warm support and active participation in our referral program. The program has achieved excellent success. However, due to budgetary reasons, we regret to inform you that the program will terminate on October 7, 2024. As a result, we have ceased accepting new referrals, effective immediately.
We deeply value your involvement in the program and hope for your continued support and loyalty to our services. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the program’s termination, please do not hesitate to contact us through our support chat.

| Payment Details | Within one month, your registered bank account will receive the reward through Wise (an international money transfer service) if there are no problems. Here is a list of banks and e-wallets supported by TransChat. We manually process registration verification and reward payments sequentially, which may require some time. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for immediate transfers or inquiries about the scheduled transfer dates. |

Participants agree to abide by these decisions. * If the total reward amount exceeds our company’s budget, we reserve the right to end the TransChat Referral Program early, even during the program period. * The details of the referral program are subject to change without notice.
